- New Open Box Brand-new and never used — the box was opened or packaging is imperfect.
- Scratch and Dent (this item) Fully functional with minor cosmetic marks (small scratches or dents), usually out of sight once installed.
- Refurbished Professionally tested and restored to full working order; may show light cosmetic wear.
- Used Previously owned and tested working, with normal signs of use.
