Are these appliances new or used?
A mix. We carry overstock and open-box units (often unused), floor models, and lightly-used appliances. Each listing states the condition, and every unit — regardless of condition — is tested and confirmed working before it is listed.
What does "tested & working" mean?
Before an appliance goes online, our team runs it through a functional test to confirm it powers on and operates as it should. Cosmetic notes (a scratch, a dent, a missing accessory) are called out in the listing.
What's covered by the one-year warranty?
If a unit stops working due to a functional or mechanical failure within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it. Cosmetic wear and damage caused by misuse or improper installation are not covered. To make a claim, contact bargain.bay.save@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I return an appliance?
Because each unit is one-of-a-kind and priced to clear, sales are final except as covered by the one-year warranty. If something is wrong with your order, contact us right away and we will make it right.
How do I get my appliance home?
Three options: free pickup from our Hamilton warehouse, flat-fee local delivery across the Hamilton and GTA area, or a freight quote for oversized items and out-of-area orders. You choose at checkout.
How do I pay?
Securely online at checkout (credit or debit), or reserve online and pay on pickup. Prices are in CAD; HST is added at checkout.
Do you install or haul away my old unit?
Installation and haul-away can be arranged on request for local delivery orders — just ask at bargain.bay.save@gmail.com.
How often do you get new stock?
Frequently — we receive new liquidation lots regularly. Join our newsletter to hear about new arrivals first.
