We keep fulfillment local and flexible. Choose the option that fits at checkout.

Free warehouse pickup

Pick up free from our Hamilton warehouse. We will email you when your order is ready, along with the pickup address and window. Bring your order confirmation and a piece of ID.

Local delivery

A flat local-delivery fee, shown at checkout, covers the Hamilton and GTA area. We will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Installation and old-unit haul-away can be added on request.

Freight / out-of-area

For oversized items or addresses outside our local zone, we will arrange a freight quote. Add the item to your cart and contact us, or note it at checkout, and we will follow up with options and pricing before you are charged for freight.

A note on appliances: these are large, heavy items, so we don't ship by standard parcel courier. Please make sure your space, doorways, and hookups are ready before delivery.
