What our conditions mean

Every unit is bench-tested and backed by our 1-year functional warranty. Cosmetic condition is graded as follows:

• New in Box Brand-new, factory sealed and unused.
• New Open Box Brand-new and never used — the box was opened or packaging is imperfect.
• Scratch and Dent  (this item) Fully functional with minor cosmetic marks (small scratches or dents), usually out of sight once installed.
• Refurbished Professionally tested and restored to full working order; may show light cosmetic wear.
• Used Previously owned and tested working, with normal signs of use.
