What our conditions mean
Every unit is bench-tested and backed by our 1-year functional warranty. Cosmetic condition is graded as follows:
- New in Box Brand-new, factory sealed and unused.
- New Open Box (this item) Brand-new and never used — the box was opened or packaging is imperfect.
- Scratch and Dent Fully functional with minor cosmetic marks (small scratches or dents), usually out of sight once installed.
- Refurbished Professionally tested and restored to full working order; may show light cosmetic wear.
- Used Previously owned and tested working, with normal signs of use.
